Dr. Robert L. Uslander, M.D.
Dr. Uslander is a 1988 graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at The University of Illinois in Chicago in 1991 and is currently board certified in Emergency Medicine.

In 1996 he moved to Tuolumne County to work in the emergency department at Sonora Community Hospital. He and his wife, Sandy, have two children, Eric and Carly.

Dr. Uslander is committed to helping seniors in our community lead richer, fuller lives. He believes that the older adults in our society are not shown enough honor and respect, and he is determined to do what he can to reverse this unfortunate trend. He co-founded Sierra Housecalls Medical Group to bring more compassion and sensitivity into the practice of medicine for geriatric patients.

Dr. Matthew L. Personius, M.D.
Dr. Personius graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1994. He went on to complete his residency in Family Practice at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. After residency, Dr. Personius and his family moved to Sonora, California, where he became Medical Director of the County run medical clinics.

He now works full time making house calls for Sierra Housecalls Medical Group, Inc., caring primarily for the elderly and homebound of Tuolumne County.
